How do you stay motivated to eat right and work out?
I love this question! Eating healthy and consistent exercise is a lifestyle. I keep in mind that with everything I do, I have to eat healthy and exercise to thrive. Discipline is a major key to success. The more disciplined you are, the easier the process becomes.
I also recommend writing down your food intake and exercise regimen. When you see your process written down, it will be easier to stay on track.
Have you done any research on probiotics? If so, which ones do you recommend.
From what I have studied, probiotics are live yeast and bacteria that aid in a healthy digestive system. Probiotics replace the "good" bacteria that leave your body when you take antibiotics. Studies have shown that probiotics are helpful for those who suffer from: Hay Fever, IBS, IBD, High Cholesterol and High Blood Pressure.

Great question! We are now more aware of the high mercury levels that are in certain types of fish. Here are a few that have low levels of mercury:

- Arctic Cod

Do you only use organic beauty products? Are there any ingredients in makeup that you avoid?

What are your go to fashion pieces? What article of clothing should every woman own and splurge on?
My style is dependent on my mood. One of my must have pieces is a pair of leggings. When I want to go for a more casual and chic look, I'll wear different patterned leggings.
For a more professional look, I suggest black leggings matched with a long dress shirt.
Every woman should also own and splurge on a great purse. I recommend a medium size bag and a clutch.
