Yoga Heals the Soul
When I first started doing yoga I was in a dark place. I ate horrible foods, I drank a lot and had a negative mindset. One day I woke up and wanted a change. I started practicing Yoga when I was 20. Initially, I started practicing yoga for its physical benefits.
After continuing the practice I realized that it brought me so much peace.
There have been times where my soul felt broke. Times of sorrow, anxiousness and defeat. Throughout the time I have been practicing, I have grown a deeper spiritual connection. The combination of breathing and stretching has helped me reach a place of peace and serenity. I noticed that over time I was becoming more peaceful, less anxious and less depressed. I also became more centered and patient.
